I didn’t receive my ticket

No worries – it happens!

If you can’t find your ticket, you can easily resend it from the fan’s personal account. Just follow these steps:

1. Click the Fan’s personal account button.

2. Enter the email address you used when placing the order.

3. Your ticket will be sent again to your inbox.

💡 Tip: Sometimes ticket emails land in the spam or other folders (like Promotions or Updates). Be sure to check there too!

If the ticket still hasn’t arrived, or if you think there was a mistake in the email address, please fill out this form:
