Enabling Multi-Currency in the Widget

Enhance your event widget by enabling multi-currency display, allowing attendees to view prices in their preferred currency while ensuring all transactions are processed in your account currency.

Currency Options

You can add as many currencies as you need. Available options include:

  • Displaying prices in various currencies

  • Selecting a default currency for initial display

Order-Level Currency Display

The multi-currency feature applies to the entire order, ensuring a consistent display across all tickets in the cart.

Example: If someone views the widget, they’ll see prices in their selected currency, but transactions will be processed in euros.

How to Enable Multi-Currency

  1. Log in to Your Account

  2. Navigate to Widget Settings

    • Go to Settings β†’ Design β†’ Widget.

  3. Enable Multi-Currency

    • Scroll down and check the tickbox labeled "Multicurrency."

  4. Add Additional Currencies

    • Select the currencies you wish to display.

  5. Choose Displayed Currency

    • Pick the currency to be displayed by default when the widget opens.

  6. Click Save

    πŸ’‘ You can edit or delete currency settings anytime using the icons next to each currency.

    βœ… Done! These settings will now apply to all current and future event widgets.
