Viral promo codes make this easy. After buying a ticket, customers get a discount code they can share with friends. It’s a simple way to boost sales and track how your event spreads.


How Viral Promo Codes Work

  • After a ticket purchase, the buyer gets a unique promo code by email

  • They share it with friends

  • Friends use the code to get a discount

  • You track how far the promo spreads – wave by wave

⏱️ Codes are valid for a limited time (12–72 hours). We recommend 24 hours for best results.


How to Create a Viral Promo Code

  1. Go to Promotions → Viral Promo Codes

  2. Click Add

  3. Set the details:

    • Choose the event

    • Set how many codes each buyer receives

    • Define the discount (fixed or % off)

    • Set the code validity (12–72 hours)

  4. Click Create

That’s it! Viral promo codes are now active.


What Happens Next?

After each purchase:

  • The buyer gets an email with their promo codes

  • They can share them with friends

  • Friends use the code to buy tickets at a discount


Track the Viral Effect

In your dashboard, you’ll see:

  • Total sales and tickets from viral codes

  • How promo codes spread across waves:

Sales from codes shared by original buyers

Sales from codes shared by first-wave buyers

And so on...
