Administrator
Full access (like the account owner), but can’t edit or delete the owner or other admins.
Ticket Manager
Manage events and view stats
Access Events, Deals, Promotions, Analytics, and Integrations
Manage their own profile
Access the knowledge base
Analyst
View and export event stats (read-only)
Access Analytics (no editing)
Manage their own profile
Access the knowledge base
Accountant
Access the Documents section
Manage their own profile
Access the knowledge base
Operator
Access the Orders section
Manage their own profile
Access the knowledge base
Artist
Temporary access to specific events (contact support to enable)
View event stats (read-only)
Manage their own profile
Access the knowledge base
How to Add a User
Go to Settings → Users
Click Add User
Enter the user’s name and email
📩 They’ll receive login details by email
Choose a role from the list
Click Add User
✅ Done! The user is now added.
💡 Click a role name to see its permissions before assigning.
Managing Users
View all users and their roles in the list
Use search or filter by role to find users quickly
Click the three dots next to a user to:
Edit their role (they’ll get an email update)
Delete the user (removes all access)
