Does the new venue have a seating chart?
How to Request a Venue Change
Prepare a short relocation letter explaining the change
Send it to [email protected] or message us via chat
Include:
Whether tickets have been sold
The new venue name and address
📌 This step is required because changing the venue gives customers the right to request a refund within a set timeframe.
If There’s No Seating Chart (With or Without Sales)
✅ The change is simple.
Our support team will update the venue and let you know when it’s done.
If There’s an Assigned Seating Chart
If Tickets Have Been Sold:
You can’t change the venue directly
You’ll need to:
Create a new event with the new venue
Transfer all unsold tickets
Update Buy Ticket buttons and distributor deals
Decide how to reassign seats for existing ticket holders
Send us this plan in your relocation letter
We’ll help notify customers and, if needed, send new seat invitations.
If tickets were sold through distributors, they’ll handle customer notifications and reissue tickets.
