How to Create an Event
Step 1: Start a New Event
Log in to your XTIX account
Go to Events → click New Event → choose Single Event
Step 2: Add Event Details
Select the event category and tags
Click Next
Enter the event name, upload a cover image, and add a description
Include age restrictions and display settings
💡 Tip: Make your event description exciting – mention artists, activities, and any extras like food, DJs, or workshops.
Step 3: Add the Venue
Choose an existing venue or create a new one
Use the venue address to search
Step 4: Set the Date and Time
Add the event’s start and end date/time
Step 5: Add Ticket Categories
Click Add Category
Enter the ticket name, quantity, price, and sales period
You can also set up price change rules
💡 Add multiple categories for different ticket types (e.g., Early Bird, VIP, General Admission)
Step 6: Save and Publish
Click Save to store your ticket settings
Click Publish to start selling tickets
✅ You can edit your event anytime – update the description, adjust ticket availability, or change prices.
