Creating an event on XTIX lets you start selling tickets online in just a few steps. Once your event is live, you can add a Buy Tickets button to your website, blog, or social media โ€“ and even connect with distributors to expand your reach.

How to Create an Event

Step 1: Start a New Event

  • Log in to your XTIX account

  • Go to Events โ†’ click New Event โ†’ choose Single Event


Step 2: Add Event Details

  • Select the event category and tags

  • Click Next

  • Enter the event name, upload a cover image, and add a description

  • Include age restrictions and display settings

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Make your event description exciting โ€“ mention artists, activities, and any extras like food, DJs, or workshops.


Step 3: Add the Venue

  • Choose an existing venue or create a new one

  • Use the venue address to search


Step 4: Set the Date and Time

  • Add the eventโ€™s start and end date/time


Step 5: Add Ticket Categories

  • Click Add Category

  • Enter the ticket name, quantity, price, and sales period

  • You can also set up price change rules

๐Ÿ’ก Add multiple categories for different ticket types (e.g., Early Bird, VIP, General Admission)


Step 6: Save and Publish

  • Click Save to store your ticket settings

  • Click Publish to start selling tickets
