Step-by-Step: Sending Invitations
Step 1
Go to Events and search for your event.
Click on the event once it appears.
Step 2
In the event window, click More → Send invitations
For Events Without Assigned Seats
Select the ticket category
Choose the language for the ticket
Enter one or more email addresses
Set how many tickets each recipient should receive
Click Submit
For Events With Assigned Seats
Click Send invitations
Select one or more specific seats
Choose the language
Enter the email address of the recipient
(Optional) Check the box to send personalized invitations
Click Submit
✅ Done! PDF tickets will be sent to the email addresses you entered.
How to Cancel Invitation Tickets
Go to Analytics → Orders
Find the invitation order and open it
Click Revoke invitation
The recipient will get an email letting them know the ticket was canceled
