How to Use the Analytics Section

The Analytics section helps you track ticket sales, revenue, and marketing performance – all in one place.

Step 1: Open Analytics

Go to Analytics in the left menu and select Sales Analytics.


What You’ll See

For each event, you’ll get key figures and charts for the selected time period:

  • Total revenue (including service fees)

  • Tickets sold

  • Paid orders

  • Distributor commission

  • Service fees

  • Refunded tickets

  • Refund total

  • Net revenue (after fees and refunds)


Filter by Time

Choose a preset or custom date range:

  • Yesterday, Today, This Week, This Month, or All Time

  • Or set a custom range


Customize Your View

  • Use the toggle menu to show or hide specific metrics

  • Scroll to view all data

  • Click column headers to sort in ascending or descending order


Export to Excel

Set your filters, then click Export to download the data.


That’s it! Use this section to stay on top of your event performance and make data-driven decisions.
