Easily manage your ticket sales and customer data in the Orders section. You can filter, search, export, and even resend tickets – all in just a few clicks.


How to View and Filter Orders

  1. Go to Analytics β†’ Orders

  2. Select the event and order status

  3. Set a date range if needed

    • Use the calendar to filter by date

    • Click the Export icon to download the data to Excel

πŸ’‘ Example: Filter for Unpaid orders to follow up with customers using their contact details.


How to Resend a Paid Order

  1. In Analytics β†’ Orders, select the event

  2. Set the sales period to All time

  3. Choose Paid as the order status

  4. Find the order number

  5. Click Resend tickets to the buyer

βœ… The customer will receive the ticket again by email.
