Easily manage your ticket sales and customer data in the Orders section. You can filter, search, export, and even resend tickets – all in just a few clicks.
How to View and Filter Orders
Go to Analytics → Orders
Select the event and order status
Set a date range if needed
Use the calendar to filter by date
Click the Export icon to download the data to Excel
💡 Example: Filter for Unpaid orders to follow up with customers using their contact details.
How to Resend a Paid Order
In Analytics → Orders, select the event
Set the sales period to All time
Choose Paid as the order status
Find the order number
Click Resend tickets to the buyer
✅ The customer will receive the ticket again by email.
