Quoting allows you to reserve specific seats and remove them from the public widget - for example, if they are allocated to another distributor, partners, or internal needs.

How to quote tickets



Step 1

  1. Go to Events.

  2. Open the event you want to manage.

Click Ticket management.

Step 2

1. Go to the Quoting tab.

2. Select the seats on the layout.

3. Click the + (Plus) button to add them to Admin booking.

4. Click Next to confirm.

The selected seats will now be moved to administrative booking.


What happens after quoting

  • On the event page, quoted tickets appear in the Reservation column.

  • In the widget, these seats are greyed out and cannot be purchased by fans.

  • The tickets are removed from active public sale but remain reserved in your system.

This helps you manage allocations without affecting total capacity tracking.

How to return tickets to sale

If your plans change, you can release the seats back to public sale at any time.

  1. Go to Events.

  2. Open your event.

  3. Click Ticket management.

  4. Open the administrative booking.

  5. Remove the seats from Admin booking.

Once removed, the tickets automatically return to active sale in the widget and become available for purchase again.


Quoting gives you full control over ticket allocation while keeping your event sales flexible and organized.
