How ticket sales in RSD work

When using RSD, GEL, or AMD as your event currency:

  • Events are created in the selected local currency.

  • Buyers are charged in the same local currency.

  • Your dashboard balance is shown in that currency.

  • Payout requests are made in the local currency and received in EUR.

All sales, reporting, and balance tracking remain fully in the selected currency within your dashboard.

Add a new legal entity in local currency

  • Go to Settings, then Bank details.

  • Click + Add in the top right corner.

  • Select the country:

    • Serbia (RSD)

    • Georgia (GEL)

    • Armenia (AMD)

  • In the Currency dropdown, choose the corresponding currency (RSD, GEL, or AMD).

  • Fill in all required legal and bank information for the account where you will receive payment in EURO.

  • Click Save.

Create a company profile for local currency events

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Company Profiles.

  2. Click + Create profile in the top-right corner.

  3. Create a new profile and select New legal entity.

  4. Submit the profile for review. Our team will verify and approve it within 1 business day.

Create events under your local currency profile

  1. In the top-left corner, select your RSD, GEL, or AMD company profile.

  2. Create your event as usual.

All tickets for events created under this profile will be sold in the selected local currency.

How payouts work

  • Buyers are charged in RSD, GEL, or AMD.

  • Your dashboard balance is shown in that currency.

  • Payout requests are made in the same currency.

  • Funds are deducted from your local currency balance.

  • Transfers are sent in EUR to your account.

  • Conversion is based on the market rate.

  • The additional cost is approximately +2% on top of your standard platform fee.

Important

  • Local currency events (RSD, GEL, AMD) are fully separated from EUR events.

  • Sales and balances are not mixed between currencies.

  • Reporting remains currency-specific.

This structure ensures clean accounting and proper currency separation across markets.
