Adaptive pricing for ticket sales

With adaptive pricing, your ticket widget can automatically display prices in the fan’s local currency, based on their country detected by the payment provider.

How it works

  • Your event is created in EUR as usual.

  • The payment system detects the buyer’s country and shows the price in their local currency.

  • Fans can choose to pay either:

    • in EUR, or

    • in their local currency (slightly higher price).

  • All payouts are sent to you in EUR.

Fees

  • No additional fees are charged to the organizer.

  • The payment provider applies a ~4% markup in local currency (paid by the fan).

Setup

  1. Create your event in EUR.

  2. Let us know you want to enable adaptive pricing.

  3. We activate it within 1 business day.

This allows you to increase conversion by offering familiar local pricing, while keeping your accounting in EUR.
